Assistant Store Sales Manager

 

 

As Assistant Store Sales Manager, you will assist the Store Sales Manager in leading and coaching to drive sales that meet and exceed store sales metrics through staffing, training, and developing your team.

 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Partner with the Store Sales Manager to meet and exceed store sales metrics and manage the shrink established by the company
• Set the example for the team by using and coaching Vanity’s 5 steps of selling to maximize sales results and provide exceptional customer service
• Support Store Sales Manager in identifying, recruiting, and managing adequate store staff
• Assist in providing daily coaching, clear expectations and direction to the team
• Role model Vanity company pride within the store by keeping a clean and safe environment for all customers and employees.
• Meet visual standards within the store and implement promotional guidelines in a timely manner

 

To succeed in this position, you must be strong in coaching/leadership, customer service, selling, organizational and communication skills.  A minimum of 6 months to one year of retail store management experience is required, along with a High School degree or GED equivalent. Must be 18 years of age or older.
